Our client is one of the UK's largest and leading leisure management organisations. They are currently looking to recruit a Club Manager for one of their exclusive Hotel based health clubs based in Bournemouth.
KEY OBJECTIVES
To ensure financial targets are achieved.
To ensure the strategic and day to day management of the Club.
To ensure the Club operates in accordance with the Contract Specification.
To support and develop staff in achieving their objectives.
To assist Support Team with specific projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months leisure management experience at assistant or club manager level. You must be a strong leader, with strong financial acumen and a drive to deliver excellence
