EUROPASS CO-ORDINATOR – 30 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, UK
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm or 9.00am – 5.30pm
Starting Salary: £25,000

In addition the organisation manages the UK National Europass Centre. Europass helps individuals highlight their abilities, skills and qualifications in a clear and effective way. It promotes the mobility of individuals throughout Europe by removing barriers to working, studying or training in Europe.
Europass consists of five documents that help potential employers, educational establishments and training providers understand which subjects have been studied, what training has been completed or how much experience has been gained working. It also records non-formal learning and language skills.
We are looking for a Coordinator to deliver the UK National Europass Centre Service, organising promotional activities, including joint working with key UK stakeholders, attendance at large scale public events and advertising / social media campaigns; ensuring that all contractual obligations are met in accordance with the operational work plan.
Key responsibilities
Working under the guidance of and reporting to the Head of European Programmes, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving all targets within the annual work plan and contractual obligations
- Managing all reporting to the Department for Education and the European Commission
- Identifying and pursuing new areas and activities for the department
- Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicating plans and progress internally to the Head of Group

Essential
Qualifications
A degree from a UK University Bachelor, Masters, Post Graduate or Doctorate
Skills/Experience
Fluency in English language minimum IELTS Level 6.5 and fluency in a foreign language
Experience in a project based role able to effectively co-ordinate and deliver specific projects
Able to research independently and produce reports / analysis to a set structure
Experienced presenter able to effectively deliver important information to clients and field questions
Excellent organization skills able to work to business plan, working effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining high quality standards
Strong interpersonal skills able to create and maintain good relationships with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels
An innovative approach to work with the ability to continually evaluate and improve practices
Assertive, professional and credible in all business communications
Committed, and willing to be flexible on occasions in order to meet demands
IT Literate able to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint for all general duties
Experience with software packages in statistical analysis
