You are required to provide administrative support to the HR coordinator services, Finance department as well as the senior management team, assisting with various tasks..
Front of House; You will be the first point of call, meeting and greeting clients on arrival, answering queries, trouble shooting IT/digital queries, general admin, coordinating and managing activities / deliveries / travel etc..
HR; Support the HR team with scheduling, reports, contacting candidates and arranging interviews and undertake co-controller responsibilities with HR management system.
Finance; You will be assisting with data entry tasks- inputting data of invoices and expenses, coding of received payments, maintain up to date financial documents. You will also assist with credit card transactions and credit card reconciliation.
The Ideal candidate must be;
Confident and efficient with their work
Excellent knowledge of MS office
Able to work off their own initiative
and Have good timekeeper
Experience working within the education sector or providing a similar service is of task to another organisation is desirable but not essential...
