Conveyancing Fee Earner - Legal 500 - Manchester

This top tier Legal 500 law firm are seeking a highly experienced conveyancing fee earners to work on a caseload of residential property transactions.

The role is to deal with a caseload of 120 matters on behalf of a national client based. Work will include freehold & leasehold properties, right to buy, staircasing, new builds, sales, purchases, shared ownership and help to buy matters. You will have both Paralegal & Secretarial assistance as well as a modern case management system that will streamline the conveyancing process for you.

Ideally you will have gained experience of managing your own caseload for 2 years, with the ability to deal with a mix of leasehold, freehold, registered and un-registered land matters. You will be expected to meet completion targets and in return will be rewarded with a generous bonus scheme.

Based in central Manchester and within easy access of public transport this is an ideal option for a solicitor in the North West who is looking for an opportunity at a Top 100 firm and to deal with complex work.

Salary for this is circa GBP27k - GBP35k with a tremendous benefits package and bonus scheme also in place.
