It’s an exciting time for our client as they work towards their Corporate strategy, Next-Gen 2017-2021 and focus on growing their organisation and working tirelessly towards solving the housing crisis.
Our client has an exciting opportunity for 2 Multi-skilled Trade operatives to their busy and high performing team. Within the role, you will be responsible for:
-Delivering an efficient and high quality repairs and voids programme to our client's properties
-Carrying out mainly plastering, masonry and roofing works, but with the requirement to also undertake plumbing and carpentry works as required, both internally and externally to properties and communal areas
-Maintaining tools and equipment provided to ensure they are in good working order
-Upholding high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety so that work is carried out in accordance with relevant service standards, building regulations, relevant legislation and codes of practice
-Undertaking out of hours work as required and ensure emergency call outs are responded to promptly.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant maintenance qualification and previous experience of working in a maintenance/construction environment. As a vital member of the team, you will be passionate and motivated to consistently deliver a high quality service, demonstrate flexibility and be able to prioritise workloads to deliver an efficient service.
