HR Administrator (Spanish speaking)

Spanish HR Administrator - 12 month contract - based in Uxbridge, West London - paying GBP16 to GBP19 per hour

The Opportunity:

We have a 12 month contract opportunity for a fluent Spanish-speaking HR Shared Services Administrator to support their EMEA HR Team based West London. The role is split equally between providing a first point of contact for all Human Resources via phone/email and secondly, to be a part of their HRIS system testing project. Candidates must have a strong customer service orientation whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction.

Skills and Experience:

• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential (plus any another European language - French, German or Italian)
• A good familiarity and current understanding of general HR policies and procedures
• Solid communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone)
• Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Previous experience of working with HR systems is a plus (ideally Workday) - any previous experience in IT or HR system testing and skills is preferable but not essential

Role and Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the specific markets with a focus on delivering a high level of customer service to the HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees
• First point of contact for all Human Resources related inquiries received by telephone and email, providing Subject Matter expertise in HR processes, policies and tools
• Involved with the EMMEA HR team project for Workday Testing - Workday experience not required but someone who is technically savvy and enjoys testing IT systems would enjoy this role
