Experienced Sous Chef - 1 AA Rosette establishment - £20k - £25k
Cornwall Staff Agency are looking for an experienced and driven Sous chef for a fantastic well known Gasto pub located close to St Ives. Our client is looking for a Sous chef who can pro-actively help support the running of a 1 AA Rosette kitchen. You will be expereinced in Rosette dining and have a minimum of a years expereince within a Sous Chef role. The establishment is well known for its great foodie offerings and is looking to push forward with this going into the busy season ahead.
The ideal candidate will ideally:
- Have expereince of running a busy Rosette kitchen in absence of a head chef
- Have expereince of working at Sous Chef level for a minimum of 1 year
- Be passionate about using fresh locally sourced ingredients and getting the best from the produce.
- Be driven and pro active in helping lead a kitchen
- Be able to drive or live locally as no live in accommodation is available
- Have exemplary health and hygiene standards
In return for your hard work and loyal service you will recieve a salary of upto £25,000 + tips. Our clients will also enter you into their pension scheme and provide meals whilst on duty.
