35 hours per week

12 months fixed term

The Client:

South Liverpool Homes is a housing association currently managing around 3700 homes.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed individuals to join the Enterprise team and work within South Liverpool Homes’ employability hub ‘Reach’.

The main responsibilities of the job will involve comprehensive reception duties ensuring a consistent, high quality, customer focused ‘right first time’ service is delivered. You will also be responsible for all calls directed to Reach and for managing all customer enquiries, across all platforms aiming to provide resolution at first point of contact.  

Candidate Requirements:

Experience of delivering excellent customer service is essential for this role. The successful candidate will develop effective working relationships engaging and encouraging partnership with stakeholders, statutory and voluntary agencies to maximise the potential of South Liverpool tenants.

You’ll have the ability prioritise workload, problem-solve, accurately maintain records and work proactively to achieve required outcomes.
