We are looking for 3 Administrator officers to work for our client, MOJ based at Morley/Gildersome. This is a temporary long term assignment, the hours of work will be 37 hours, Monday-Friday. The rate of pay will be £9.

You should be able to provide effective and efficient support to the courts, colleagues, court users and other agencies. You will also need to collect and enforce financial penalties.

There will be various duties for you which may include the following: Post room duties - such as, post opening, data inputting, resulting court decision, printing, using tracing tools, preparing files for court and reviewing fine accounts and issuing relevant enforcement action for cases.

The ideal candidate will be able to undertake general office duties including: collecting and delivering messages, operating office equipment, letter writing, basic stock control, filing, taking incoming and making outgoing calls to customers; providing relevant information and advice and negotiating payment rates.
