An opportunity has arisen for Process Plant Shift Operators to join our Company.

The position of the Process Plant Shift Operator is to assist the Process Plant Shift Supervisor in safely operating the process plant while meeting production targets of tonnage and grade while striving to continuously improve tonnage and grade and working to Wolf’s values.

The successful candidates will have a good standard of numeracy and literacy, be a team player and possess excellent communication skills and also be flexible in their approach to work.

Other skills and experience would be an advantage such as experience in base metal production within a similar environment, demonstrable history in a processing plant, experience with SCADA and computer systems, chemical handling and risk assessment.  Relevant NVQ or IOSH certificates would also be an advantage.

Please note the ability to work a shift pattern is a requirement of the role.
