This is a phenomenal opportunity to work in a brand new development with 53 luxury apartments in an Assisted Living environment. The site has staff on site 24 hours a day to support home owners. My client believes in world class customer service and this is why they`re seeking someone like you.
They`re looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about having outstanding performance and who will aim to ensure Home Owners thrive in their community. All Estate Managers work alongside their parent companies to achieve the collective vision to improve the lives of the retirement community.
You`ll be reporting to the Area Manager having full accountability for the daily running of the site ensuring that all needs are being met.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Experience in managing and developing a team
- Registered with CQC
- Will be enthused about self development married with professional development
- QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent
- IT literate - Microsoft Outlook in particular
- A DBS on the Update service or willing to complete this (funded by the client)
The client is offering a salary of £30,500 along with:
