We are growing fast and now need to recruit more skilled people to help us reach our goals for the next period of our growth.
Part of our growth plans and strategy will create the opportunity for either an experienced or post graduate person to join our management training programme designed to give experience in all the various departments of the company and the processes involved. After a successful training programme we expect the candidate to take up a meaningful post in the company where, over a period, a route to the very top of the business can be mapped out.
For this role initial pay will be in accordance with the government guide lines on the living wage but will quickly lead to an improved income after a full induction and initial training programme.
Participation to the company’s annual bonus scheme will be available for the successful candidate depending on the role, contributions by both the Company and the individual can be paid into the company pension scheme and 20 days holidays plus bank holidays p.a. will be enjoyed after a short qualification period.
