I have a fantastic opportunity with NHS Digital for Test and Assurance Analyst's based in Leeds. This role is a temporary assignment for initially 9 months with view to being extended thereafter.

As a Test and Assurance Analyst you will provide testing and assurance services for Solution Assurance, ensuring that only successfully tested and assured internal NHS Digital solutions and NHS Digital contracted external supplier solutions are transitioned into live operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will support our contracted suppliers and provide them with appropriate guidance in their compliance journey for achieving technical conformance or accreditation against contractual NHS Digital requirements.

You will co-ordinate and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers and internal NHS Digital teams to achieve the objective of ensuring that only quality products / solutions are transitioned from the test environments to live operations, within agreed timescales.

You will also create and review internal as well as supplier test and assurance tools artefacts (i. manual and automated test scripts, test strategies, test plans, test reports, assurance statements, defects logs etc.) to aid the delivery of solutions into live operations.

SKILLS / EXPEREINCE NEEDED:


1. Qualified to ISEB/ISTQB Foundation level with a Certificate in Software Testing.
2. Competent user of software test and team collaboration tools (e. Quality Center, JMeter, SpecFlow, Cucumber, SPLUNK, JIRA, Confluence, Visual Studio Community IDE etc.).
3. Proven ability to work under pressure to tight timescales, adapting to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
4. Equally effective at working in both a multi-disciplinary team and on own initiative.
5. Familiar with FHIR, HL7 ebXML and messaging protocols.
6. Experience of integration architecture and enterprise integration.
7. Ability to maintain currency with new developments in software testing methods and industry good practice
