Client Management Team Leader

£30,000 - £35,000

This is a new permanent opportunity for one of the UK`s largest energy management data providers in a supportive environment, allowing employees to stretch, grow and develop.

We are looking for a Team Leader to head up a newly formed team, responsible for 4 to 6 direct reports. The Client Management Team is a newly formed specialist team with high expertise in Customer Relations and Account Management. The team will focus primarily on the high priority and more technically involved aspects of support required for our key customers.

The successful candidate will manage both Client Managers for Utilities and Account Managers for our End Users.

Key areas of responsibilities include;

  • Day to day management of the Client Management Team
  • KPI Setting based around revenue and retention activities within the team
  • Process reviews for all service offerings within the team
  • Strategic review of internal and external SLA's
  • Management and Monitoring of the teams strategic workload
  • Defining and Delivering Quality Assurance
  • On-boarding and Induction for all new team members
  • To work closely with the CRM, CM team, account managers and sales managers.
  • Regular 1 to 1 coaching and training for all team members
  • Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for the business

Experience required;

  • Proven staff & resource management skills & experience
  • A history of service provision to contractual deadlines
  • Some project management experience
  • Some process improvement understanding

The Candidate;

  • Self motivated with the skills to motivate others
  • A clear communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • Creative & intuitive to spot problems & constantly seek improvements
  • Ability to understand technical information
  • A utility industry background within the electricity industry would be desired but not essential
