Atrium Homes is a company limited by guarantee, a Registered Social Landlord and a Scottish charity based in Kilmarnock.

Atrium is the largest RSL operating in East Ayrshire, with a staff team of 21 employees, a stock of just under 1300 spread across 9 towns and an annual turnover of £5 million.

BOARD MEMBERS - ATRIUM HOMES

Atrium is governed by a voluntary Board and we are currently looking to strengthen our overall governance arrangements through the appointment of a number of Board Members.

Board members are responsible for establishing overall organisational strategy and objectives and for monitoring performance and we are looking for a mix of skills and experience to match our business needs, including governance & regulation, finance, (audit/accounting), or ICT. We are always keen to attract people who have had experience of our services as customers and who are committed to help us improve those services.

What’s most important to us however is that Board members share our core values and objectives, possess an inquiring mind and demonstrate a willingness to challenge.

All positions are voluntary but reasonable expenses to facilitate attendance at meetings will be paid. Induction and further training will also be provided.
