This multi-award winning, innovative, privately owned company produces estate management portals for some of the UK's most prestigious property brands & iconic landmarks, such as The Shard and Hyde Park Estate. They are reimagining how properties can be run using new technologies, doing away with outdated manual processes.
About the Role:
They are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who can build and lead projects that drive revenue growth & own the customer experience. The B2B Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing & be responsible for the development & management of broad-based B2B marketing programs & their results. They will also manage brand development, lead generation, social media, content creation & sales collateral. This is a significant role in a competitive and fast-moving market & will work across all of the company departments as well as with clients & senior management.
Responsibilities include:
- Be the internal voice of the customer & own the end-to-end customer experience
- Build & own the FY Marketing Plan
- Manage the budget that supports that plan
- Report on the ROI on each marketing activity
- Create programmes that will drive customer acquisition & retention
- Grow the brand, on- and off-line, using direct/indirect & digital marketing tools
- Own the look & feel of the brand & develop all marketing collateral in-line with it, to support the company's growth
- Lead the team that introduces new products & solutions into the portfolio, liaising with all departments
- Track & capture market trends, competitor activity & customer feedback, to channel into the overall company strategy & revenue plan
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience of working in a B2B marketing role
- Ability to manage multiple projects & capture and analyse results
- Used to working under pressure & to tight timescales
- Comfortable managing a consolidated marketing plan & budget
- Knowledge of the property and/or SaaS marketplace would be beneficial
