Recruitment Consultant - No cold calling - existing global accounts. Established global financial services recruitment agency, head quartered in Edinburgh seeking Recruitment Consultants from any sector to move into international markets for established "Big 4" Consultancy client accounts - core markets - Accountancy, Risk, Audit, Tax, Corporate Finance, Cyber, Data Analytics, Data Science, Foresic Accounting / Technology.
These are "warm desks" and you will have lots of vacancies to work on from day one. You will be sourcing candidates to work on assignments in locations including Switzerland, Dubai, Amsterdam, South Africa and the UK. No language skills required.
Requirements
* 12 months to 20 years+ Recruitment Consultant experience (any sector) - salary will be commensurate with experience.
* Good communication skills and a polished approach.
* Previous accountancy, finance, IT or professional services sector experience is desirable, but not essential. Applications are invited from Recruitment Consultants from any sector who would relish the challenge to move into international recruitment for an established client base of existing "Big 4" clients.
Benefits
* Good basic salary in the range GBP22,000 - GBP35,000 dependent on experience.
* Excellent commission (starts at 30% after threshold and rises to 40%).
