Our client supplies water to 685,000 people in the London Boroughs of Sutton, Merton, and Croydon, as well as across East Surrey and parts of Kent. They are a forward thinking, innovative company that is highly regarded for their efficiency and customer service. 
 
As one of their Customer Relations Advisors, you will provide a first-class service to their customers. 
 
Delivering high quality performance via all channels, you will provide accurate information, support and advice to customers. Engaging with a range of customers relating to all aspects of their service, with a key focus on customer satisfaction, complaint prevention and resolution. Further to this you will conduct root cause analysis on complaints, low satisfaction feedback and dissatisfaction trends, in order to identify improvements.
 
Their ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service centre, it would be advantageous to have experience in a utility (or other similar company) and have credit handling experience.
 
The above is not essential. If you have solid customer service experience, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively by telephone and e-mail and are a competent IT user - then why not apply!
