JOB TITLE: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: KEYNSHAM, BRISTOL
WORKING HOURS: 45 HOURS WEEK
PURPOSE: To respond to customer enquires via phone and email, chasing customers for overdue skips, general filing and ad-hoc duties as required
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone, taking & processing bookings, general enquiries.
- Responding to customer emails
- Processing credit card payments
- Liaising with drivers and yard staff
- General office duties
- Organising skip permits with local councils
- Ad-Hoc duties as required
Essential Requirement Skills/Abilities
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation skills
- Team Player
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- PC literate with experience in using Microsoft packages
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Enthusiastic
Desirable Requirements Skills/Abilities
- Waste experience
- Experience in dealing with Customers
