JOB TITLE: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION: KEYNSHAM, BRISTOL

WORKING HOURS: 45 HOURS WEEK

PURPOSE: To respond to customer enquires via phone and email, chasing customers for overdue skips, general filing and ad-hoc duties as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone, taking & processing bookings, general enquiries.
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Liaising with drivers and yard staff
  • General office duties
  • Organising skip permits with local councils
  • Ad-Hoc duties as required

Essential Requirement Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Team Player
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • PC literate with experience in using Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Enthusiastic

Desirable Requirements Skills/Abilities

  • Waste experience
  • Experience in dealing with Customers
