Are you a great communicator with a passion for customer service? This company is looking for an experienced call handler to fill the role which involves calling new and existing customers to confirm orders and get their accounts up to date.

This is a fast paced, innovative, rapidly expanding FinTech Company who provide point of sale software and hardware solutions across the world. They are looking for an articulate, enthusiastic and hardworking individual. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in the continuing success of their client support team. The individual will report into the Operations Manager and will be internally trained on their operating systems and have full ongoing support for all day to day operations.

Personal Requirements
- Experience of working in a professional office environment
- Clear verbal communicator
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Natural rapport builder
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Good general computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

Role Description & Requirements
- Ongoing support for new and existing customer base via telephone
- Data reporting
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Internal reporting and communication with other teams
- Hours; Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
