Our client is looking for an experienced manufacturing operatives to work as part of the manufacturing team at their busy factory in Ashford.
You will be required to produce bulk using vessels and equipment, optimising processes in order to consistently maximise Health and Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Productivity by complying with procedures in place.
The ideal candidate will follow basic trouble shooting processes in order to address issues, continuously look at ways to drive waste reduction and demonstrate mastery of equipment and optimise process operations.
To be considered you will require good GMP, Team focus, 5S methodology and support 5D reports where appropriate.
Experience in an FMCG/Manufacturing Environment is essential due to the nature of this business as is a high level of numerate accuracy, communication skills, interpersonal skills and time management. You will be self motivated and be able to work under pressure with limited supervision.
The Rotating work hours are:
Early shift:
Mon -Thurs: 6am -2pm
Fri - 6am -12:30pm
Late shift:
Mon -Thurs 2pm -10pm
Fri 12:30pm - 7pm
