Function:

To manage the process for all Temporary hires ensuring that each candidate receives an exemplary service that reflects the client's values.

Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with Recruiters and supporting the internal process
  • Coordinating Referencing and Security Screening checks for all temporary staff
  • Liaising with the off-site team on the contract and contract extensions, acting as quality control and gaining relevant signatories internally.
  • Co-ordinating and providing final clearance of on-boarding pack to the Recruiters ensuring that all SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Offering a white glove/concierge service to senior level candidates as required.
  • Organise and deliver Monday and Wednesday orientation of new joining staff in all regional offices including Bournemouth, Dublin, Glasgow and Edinburgh via video conference.
  • Ensuring that all communications to candidates reflect the clients values' at all times.
  • Communicate with and update key stakeholders across the business regularly on all in-progress candidates
  • Complete any other tasks as requested in relation to the on-boarding of temporary hires.
  • Act as Compliance and Due Diligence SME for the team. Providing updates on Client policies to team.
  • Track and report on Governance issues/topics within the Client and Team.
  • To support coordination GSC team in South Africa
  • To provide assistance and cover within GSC team in South Africa for holidays and absences covering extensions, visa tracking, passports and Talent source uploads.
  • Ad hoc coordination and administration tasks as directed by Account Manager
