My Client is looking for a Programmes Executive to provide efficient and effective support for the planning and delivery of Business Commercial Services operations.
Main Responsibilities:

- To ensure that the Diploma and Certificate in Manufacturing programmes are administered and delivered effectively, that quality standards are maintained, costs controlled, and that all deliverers, delegates and mentors receive a high level of customer service.
- Scheduling of public and in-company Education and Training (E&T) activity.
- Provision of a full range of administrative services in support of efficient and effective delivery of commercial consultancy services.
- To become fully conversant with the administration and delivery requirements of all other E&T programmes delivered by the Institute so as to be able to provide support and cover for other team members as and when required.

Role Content:

- Performing all elements of the administrative function required to support the effective operation of the Diploma and Certificates in Manufacturing.
- Schedule all public and in-company Education and Training (E&T) activity and book suitable teaching venues. Produce all individual programme delivery schedules, and manage ongoing updates to the umbrella E&T delivery plan and the Upcoming Training Courses Guide. Ensure that all website information pertaining to programme delivery dates is correct and manage the website email inbox.
- Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of commercial consultancy services through accurate recording of consultancy activity using business systems, booking Practitioner / deliverer time, liaising with client organisations, processing clients' purchase orders, logging accurate client billing, and producing delegate materials as required.
- Provide support to the wider Team working flexibly to meet business imperatives.

Experience / Skills / Qualifications required:

- A good standard of education, to degree level or equivalent is desirable.
- Good written communication skills with the ability to produce reports / action logs, document meeting minutes and collate / analyse statistical information.
- Good verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with delegates, deliverers and stakeholder organisations.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to manage many competing priorities.
- The ability to focus on always providing the best possible levels of customer service.
- Administrative experience ideally obtained in an academic or training provision environment.
- Competent user of all aspects of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and databases.
- The ability to both follow established standard operating procedures, and to create and document new administrative processes.
- A good team player with self-motivation, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to quickly become fully conversant in all course regulations and guidelines.
- Ideally, hold a full clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle that may be used for business purposes.
