Health and Wellbeing Coordinator

The Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace are looking for a compassionate and dedicated person to promote the holistic care, health and wellbeing of sisters. Responsibilities include assisting sisters in accessing heath care services, coordinating care, serving as a resource and advocate for sisters, and engaging with sisters and leadership in developing care plans.

Degree or qualifications in appropriate discipline and experience working in a similar role with older adults ideal.

Salary Range in the range of ₤30,000-35,000 (Depending on Experience). 30-35 hours per week.
