Security Supervisor - Mobile - Immediate Start!

Please note this role requires travel across all their UK sites.

This family business has been established for nearly 30 years and grown significantly over that time and now has several business streams including construction services, security, and facilities and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability

Operational

- Ensure compliance with the Client Service Level Agreement,
- Responsible for site operational performance against key performance indicators,
- Ensuring sites are correctly staffed, in line with the contractual requirements, at all times.
- Ensure that site rosters are published in a timely manner.
- Carrying out monthly site inspections of duty staff, both day and night time, compile reports, issue instructions and in general control the service delivery,
- Ensuring compliance with Company Management Systems,
- Ensuring all Security Officers are assessed in accordance with company procedures,
- Assist with the planning and delivery of Security Officer training courses as appropriate,
- Adhering to the Company's policies (e. discipline, grievance and equal opportunities),
- Ensure appraisals are carried out in accordance with company procedures,
- Co-operating with the Company in meeting and implementing its statutory obligations,
- Providing positive and professional role modelling to all other team members,
- Providing excellent customer service at all times,
- Dealing with issues of a disciplinary nature as and when required,
- Ensuring Assignment Instructions are regularly reviewed and updated and filed as necessary
- Any other duties deemed necessary to ensure the effective running and management of the operation

Experience and qualifications required:

- Experienced in managing day to day security operations,
- Experienced in translating client requirements into efficient security operations,
- Able to demonstrate a commitment to providing a quality service through effective quality and administrative systems,
- Extensive knowledge and implementation of BS 7858 and BS 7499,
- Security screened to BS 7858,
- SIA Front Line License
