Clinical Recruitment Screening Assistant – full time.
The role of the Recruitment Screening Assistant is to develop the skills and knowledge required to assist Recruitment Co-ordinators in screening volunteers and patients to participate in clinical trials. You must be able to accurately document all study related procedures in the clinical trial process and to assist with clinical work. You will be given training in the operation of clinical equipment and will undertake routine and study medicals under supervision. These roles require previous experience in a healthcare environment e.g. Healthcare Assistant. Phlebotomy skills would be an advantage. Applicants must be willing to undertake Basic Life Support certification. You will assist with the collection of study related data including ECG recordings, vital signs and blood samples following training. Computer and keyboard skills are required.
