Purchasing and Stock Coordinator
My client is seeking a Purchasing and Stock Coordinator to join their team based in St Albans. This is a great chance for you to start your career within one of the leading independent IT hardware sector companies.
Your role will include:
" Being responsible for all stock from both local and overseas suppliers.
" Tracking purchase orders daily checking shipment schedules
" Updating prices on the in house system
" Giving regular updates to the Orders Teams of delivery dates so they are able to update customers
" Ensuring all inbox emails have been answered within 2 working days
" Fixing any issue with stock on the system
" Managing slow moving stock and sale stock
What skills do you need for this role?
The ideal candidate will be hard working, have a strong background within admin and you will also have stock control and purchasing experience.
