About the role

Our Residents and Communities Team aim to improve the life chances of residents and make a positive difference in our communities. This role involves creating, and developing relationships with stakeholders in our areas of operation, this could include; local authorities, housing associations, charities as well as corporates. Working with the Community Partnerships Manager you will manage funded programmes, projects and interventions to engage residents, help them achieve their goals and aspirations, as well as benefit the wider community. This may also include direct delivery. You will also be responsible for identifying and applying for external funding to develop or create new service offers for residents ensuring all reporting requirements are met.
