This role represents a unique opportunity to lead the quality management system, whilst adhering to legal compliance in order to meet and excel in quality standards across the company.

Their next Quality Manager will:
- Provide training, tools and techniques to enable colleagues to achieve quality standards
- Be responsible for ensuring company adherence to ISO accreditation requirements
- Induct new and existing staff on updates of quality control measures and ISO accreditation
- Advise on performance of quality management system
- Produce data and reports to the Exec on performance, against set quality standards
- Devise company quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Maintain controls and documentation procedures on CDMS system
- Define quality procedures
- Work with colleagues to ensure excellent customer experience and peer reviews
- Arrange and chair the ISMS Management review meetings, including follow up actions
- Ensure continuous improvement on techniques and quality process
- Follow and understand industry best practise support methodologies
- Take ownership of escalations following them to resolution

- Educated to degree standard or an equivalent discipline or have the appropriate industry experience
- Excellent communicator with a good eye for detail
- Problem solver and great interpersonal skills
- Logical thinker with a pragmatic approach with numerical and statistical analysis
- Willing to take on new skills and improve knowledge of all relevant areas
- An appreciation and ability to understand colleague's work disciplines
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Maintain a calm, analytical disposition
