We are seeking a Caterer who will work closely with Park Golf Club to provide catering services within a self-employed structure. APPLICANTS should have a proven record of providing the required services. The APPLICANT should be in possession of a current Certificate for Food & Hygiene and will be responsible for the upkeep of the Club’s Kitchen.
The major part of the business will involve providing for our members, their guests and visiting golfers with bar snacks, meals and refreshments through the day. The Caterer/team will support the Members’ Club Room 5 to 6 days a week and our Function Room which caters for up to 80 as required on any day of the week for various functions – Social Evenings, Parties, Weddings, Funerals, etc.
