HR Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and capable HR Advisor to provide full support on the key areas of HR and Recruitment, to be based at our Bedford site but also support our Corby and Bolton sites.

Main Responsibilities:
•Provide advisory support to line managers and employees on all HR matters, supporting employee relations and promoting positive working practices
•Manage all stages of formal processes and procedures
•Promote and support professional and effective recruitment methods providing advice and support as needed
•Manage and support our Apprenticeship process
•Ensure effective onboarding for new starters from induction to reviews and training plans
•Work with the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Manager and Training department for all training needs and people development
•Monitor the effectiveness of HR and company policies and suggest improvements
•Support Payroll Manager with basic payroll administration
•Support HR administration including employment paperwork
•Support any ad hoc HR requirements such as TUPE and HR project related work
