Taskmaster are recruiting for one of our clients based in Grangemouth that manufacture and produce blue chip pallets. The position that we are recruiting for is experienced bench repair operators to add to either the rotating shifts of 6am - 2pm (Week 1), 2pm - 10pm (Week 2) OR constant night shift running from Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am.
You will be set to your own shifts once started and begin on a training period whilst shadowing another one of the bench repair operators to ensure you have full training.
The aim is to get you up to 275 pallets per day to ensure you reach the higher pay band of GBP10.28 per hour
Band 1 rate of pay is GBP7.86 per hour working 37.5 hours per week (Up to 230 pallets)
Band 2 rate of pay is GBP8.15 per hour working 37.5 hours per week (Up to (Apply online only) pallets)
Band 3 rate of pay is GBP10.28 per hour working 37.5 hours per week (275+ pallets)
The position is long term and we are looking for candidates that would be looking to progress their career within the company.
Holiday hours are accrued as and when you work but does tend to be 2.3 days per month worked.
Over time rates are paid at either time and a half or double time depending on the hours already worked.
