What will I be doing? 

As a Project Co-ordinator, you’ll perform a range of tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget. 

We offer furniture to businesses on a contractual basis. You’ll be involved with projects that supply products to a range of businesses, including restaurants, offices and hotels. 

Customers will require anything from a few chairs to furniture for their entire operation, so great organisational skills are key in this role. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Manage the project lifecycle, from order placement through to delivery/installation and beyond 
- Liaise with customers regarding the scheduling of projects 
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders and installation/delivery companies 
- Ensure that any customer issues are swiftly resolved 
- Prepare logistics-related quotes for the Sales Team 
- Represent the company at customer project sites 
- Perform a range of administrative tasks

- Experience of managing projects 
- An understanding of the logistics and operations required to move products to deadlines 
- Excellent communication skills 
- Strong multi-tasking abilities 
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving
