Lecturer in Maths
37 hours per week / full year basis (1.0 of the FTE)
Salary: £20,500 - £39,042 per annum (£25,500 minimum qualified lecturers)
Based at our Shuttleworth campus, we require a Lecturer in Maths to prepare, deliver and assess Maths on a range of courses and levels at Shuttleworth. You will need to teach effectively on a range of programmes, levels and qualification types recognising and meeting students’ individual needs. You will be required to contribute pro-actively to developments in the Centre in curriculum development and innovative teaching.
To be shortlisted for this vacancy you will meet the essential criteria which includes; relevant degree and/or level 4 qualification in Maths (or working towards), GSCE Maths and English (grades A – C) or equivalent and Willingness to achieve Certificate in Education/PGCE or equivalent.
