The Audit Scheduler role will include a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Allocate audits to a trained auditor for the scheme
• Ensure auditors are rotated every three years
• Closely monitor auditor delivery to ensure we achieve scheme owner delivery KPI’s (ie we don’t go overdue)
• Provide management reports on auditor delivery performance
• Where auditors are not delivering on time, escalate to Head of Agriculture Operations before the issue becomes serious
• Check all auditor invoices to ensure they are correct
• Process auditor payments on finance systems

Our ideal Audit Scheduler will have the following skills: 

• Previous administrative experience
• Previous experience allocating audits desirable
• Attention to detail
• Good IT skills  
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Planning and organisation
