We are currently looking for a Registered Childrens Home Manager for a brand new home opening in Northampton, Northamptonshire to work with Ofsted to get the service up and running. You will then be the responsible person to ensure that all care is given at the highest possible level. You will oversee all recruitment, you will be part of the children moving over to the service and it will be your absolute priority to ensure that the children you care for are the center of every single thing you do within your role.
About the ideal candidate;
Ideally, you will be currently in a Registered Managers role working with children and young people with LD needs within a residential setting governed by Ofsted. You will hold a Level 4 or 5 in Leadership and Management or similar. You will be a driver.

A salary of up to £35,000 will be offered for this permanent and full time role working Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm with some flexibility. You will be offered a number of benefits which will be confirmed once you apply.
