This role is for a small company that creates bespoke mechanical handling solutions for its customers. A great deal of its success relies on flexibility and teamwork from all members of staff.
Job Description
- To assist the projects team with the delivery of customer projects
- To support the projects team with administration and documentation tasks
- To develop project management skills and experience
Key Performance Indicators:
- Satisfaction of customer and internal project team members.
- Quality of internal and customer communication.
- On time completion of assigned tasks by effectively managing personal workload.
Job Dimensions and duties:
- Work on a number of project tasks concurrently.
- Prepare project manuals and documentation.
- Maintain up to date plan and other associated project documentation.
- Gain experience by undertaking project management tasks on projects and on occasional basis take responsibility for end to end leadership of specific smaller projects from launch through to installation. This includes ensuring the availability of necessary resources, managing all customer and internal communications, project costs and delivery timescales.
- Become involved in team activities and provide general team support.
Education:
Must hold an Engineering Qualification
Hours 7:30 - 4:30 - 40 hours per week
