Staffline are delighted to be appointed as the sole supplier to one of the most prestigious contracts in the Swindon, Wiltshire area.
Our client is a national third party logistics provider and has recently invested in a new distribution centre. As a national preferred supplier to this company we are looking to recruit HGV Class 1 drivers for ongoing assignments, predominantly on PM shifts with the start times between 1pm and 6pm from Monday to Friday, with overtime available at weekends during peak times of the year. The role will involve trunking products to store locations, minimal if any manual labour required. These exciting opportunities require only drivers of the highest calibre in terms of presentation and skills. You will be rewarded with excellent pay and working conditions, as well as long term ongoing work. As well as offering flexible working options and odd days to suit, most assignments are long term for those that desire an ongoing opportunity.
The pay rates for Ltd Company drivers are as follows:
* Monday to Friday Days - GBP12.00 per hour
* Monday to Friday Nights - GBP13.00 per hour
* Saturdays - GBP15.75 per hour
* Sundays - GBP16.50 per hour
Only HGV category C+E drivers will qualify. A minimum of 12 months HGV driving experience is desirable. You must have no more than 6 penalty points for driving offences and no driving bans. References to cover the last 3 years will be required
