Assistant Restaurant Manager - Luxury 5 Star Hotel - Michelin Star - Oxfordshire - GBP28k
Our Client:
This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a Michelin Star restaurant team as the Assistant Restaurant Manager based within Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for training the junior staff and helping recruit new staff.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be a part of a team of up to 12 members of staff.
Ensuring each service runs smoothly and efficiently.
Assisting with rota's and orders for the Restaurant.
The Individual:
The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual who has worked within a similar property and has the drive to maintain the extremely high standards that have been set.
You will have a keen eye for detail and be highly organised.
Giving recommendations to guests is a key part to the role, so your food and wine knowledge must be excellent.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary up to GBP25,000 plus up to GBP3,000 service charge.
4 weeks holiday
