Lloyd Walsh Consulting are currently recruiting a Shift Manager for a growing manufacturing company based in the East Midlands, Commutable from Coventry, Leicester, Nuneaton, Atherstone, Hinckley.
Our client is involved in manufacturing injection moulded components on a second-tier basis into the automotive manufacturing sector.
Our client is a growing business who are looking for a team leader with experience of working in a similar role in an automotive manufacturing company.
We are looking for an ambitious individual with managerial aspirations.
As the Shift Manager you will have the following responsibilities;
??Ensuring production delivery through effective supervision of a production cell.
??Deliver instructions clearly and effectively.
??Deputise for the Production Manager.
??Make decisions and take actions in the absence of the Production manager.
??Ensure good health & safety practices.
??Ensure standards are adhered to at all times.
As the Shift Manager you will be a driven and ambitious individual with experience of leading a team within an automotive environment.
Permanent Position
Monday - Friday
Weekly shift rotation
Shift 1 = 6am - 2pm
Shift 2 = 2pm - 10pm
The successful candidate can expect a great opportunity with a rapidly growing manufacturing, modern and ambitious business. You can expect a starting salary of GBP25k.
