Catering Manager - Education Contract Catering - Slough - Up to GBP26k - Term Time Only
Looking for a talented and enthusiastic chef manager to join one of the flagship contracts for this excellent contractor.
Role:
My client is looking for an excellent catering manager to join this fantastic team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the catering operations in excellent site. You will be financially astute and commercially aware and have the character to lead from the front and train and motivate your team to deliver the best food and service possible. You will still have a passion for cooking and also comfortable being front of house and shouting about what you and your team have produced. Looking for someone with experience in education or B&I in a high-volume status. Managing 3 sites, you will be very chef orientated, spending roughly 40% in the kitchen and the rest front of house.
Successful Candidate:
* Large Multi Site experience
* Commercially aware
* Craft Trained Essential
* Ability to deliver on creative and innovative menus
* Computer literate
* Excellent with H&S and Audits
* Education Experience is preferable
* Great communicator
* Motivation and developing your team is something you're passionate about
