You will join a highly regarded, busy Court of Protection team and will receive support from the Head of Department, who is a Panel Appointed Deputy. NQ Court of Protection Solicitor - Liverpool PQE: NQ-2PQE Commutable from: Birkenhead, Warrington, Ellesmere Port, St. Helens, Southport, Liverpool, Merseyside, Manchester, Chester Salary: Circa GBP30,000+ (dependent upon experience) The company An award winning, forward thinking, full service law firm with a number of offices across the North West. The opportunity You will join a very well regarded, specialist Court of Protection team that prides itself on empowering clients. You will be involved in dealing with deputyship applications, wills, LPAs, benefits matters, and property issues. You will also benefit from the firm's commitment to developing its staff, as well as the fantastic team culture that has been fostered there over the years. The particulars Ideal candidate criteria: Court of Protection Solicitor NQ-2PQE Specialist Court of Protection background, or generalist Private Client background with relevant experience Knowledge of the Court of Protection Practice area (or a Private Client Practice Area) preferred but not essential.
