Your new role
The DLO is seeking an additional Maintenance engineer to carry out:

• routine monitoring checks of a wide variety of plant and equipment
• planned preventative maintenance
• reactive maintenance
• Carry out the routine monitoring of plant rooms including HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, boilers, and controls
• Interrogate Trend BMS system and fault find

What you'll need to succeed

• Educated to at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a mechanical discipline

• Extensive experience of maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, boilers, pumps, water systems and controls and bench fitting repairs.

• Excellent fault diagnosis skills across a range of systems

• Experience of computerised maintenance management systems, especially use of hand held devices; ability to keep records.
• Experience of operating BMS especially TREND.
• Electrical qualifications and / or experience would be an advantage
• Full Driving Licence
