Badenoch & Clark are working in partnership with a leading business in Sussex to recruit a HR Project Manager. In this role you will be supporting the HR team with wide ranging projects, from managing change, pay reviews and systems changes.
You will be working closely with the HR Leadership Team, you will have responsibility for the management and delivery of business critical projects, while also identifying risks and opportunities to improve performance.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar Project Management role alongside a background in HR.
