Managing Consultant
30-35K + 5K car allowance + 50-60K OTE (including guaranteed bonus) + lap top + mobile + pension + life assurance + 23 days holiday
Already well established as the premier brand for engineering and manufacturing recruitment across the Midlands, ATA Recruitment saw unrivalled growth last year. As part of our organic growth plans we have begun our migration into the South which has seen a number of high profile PSL wins with some of the UK's most prestigious blue chip clients. We are on target to have added GBP1m of GP in the last 2 years, to allow us to grow beyond this we now need to strengthen our management team with a lead from the front Managing Consultant
THE ROLE
Based out of our Leicester office, as Managing Consultant you will be responsible for:

The growth of our existing contract baseline in the South.
*
You will be handed a multi-site PSL to develop
*
The organic growth of the team.
*
Working with the Divisional Manager to set and implement the sales strategy
*
Rapidly accelerating the growth of the existing candidate and client database around targeted conurbations in the South.
*
Growing the team to 4 recruitment consultants in year 1, then 6 in year 2, 10 in year 3
*
Developing the succession pool to allow you to move into a second line management position.
*
Joining the regional management team
*
Conducting team meetings, weekly 1-2-1's, quarterly appraisals.
*
On the quad development and coaching of consultants within the team
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Managing Consultant will need
*
Recruitment experience in any sector
*
Either management experience or the aspiration to lead
*
A positive out going personally, be fiercely competitive and relish the challenge of organically growing a team of recruitment consultants
