An exciting Town Planning opportunity has become available with a highly skilled multi-disciplinary consultancy. Specialising in town, environmental and commercial planning my client is highly regarded as one of the major players in its field, with commitment, passion and expertise they have been responsible for some of the most iconic planning projects nationwide.
The candidate will be a confident individual, who is self-motivated to assist in all aspects of Town Planning for a vast array of clients. If successful you will be responsible for complex planning applications which will include residential, retail, town centre and commercial schemes across the country. The Town Planner will have the proven ability to work independently, always demonstrating a logical and analytical approach to any given task.
The Town Planner will hold full chartership with the RTPI with a minimum of 5 years' experience ideally in the private sector. You will have a full driving licence along with a clear understanding and awareness of retail and residential planning issues. The Town Planner will also be involved in some key client meetings therefore strong communication skills are a must.
