Vision for Education are actively recruiting for Social, Emotional and Mental Health Support Workers to work with Primary aged pupils in Bradford. The ideal applicant will have experience of working with pupils that have with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties as well as other Special Educational Needs. We are looking for individuals who are looking for short or long term supply in the Leeds area who have worked with pupils in KS1 and KS2. The daily rate for the assignment will be GBP65-GBP70 a day.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
* Patient and understanding.
* Be supportive of the classroom teacher and deliver strong classroom management skills.
* Be empathetic towards pupils with behavioral, social and emotional difficulties.
* Be flexible with your teaching styles in order to adapt to each individual.
* Be confident working with both groups and 1:1.
* Liaise effectively with parents and colleagues.
* Have an up to date Team Teach Qualification, or be willing to complete the relevant training.
