An established multi-disciplinary Architectural practice based in Central Leeds has an immediate requirement for an Intermediate Architectural Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.
As part of this role, you will get the chance to work on an exciting variety of projects across a wide variety of sectors including; residential, commercial, workplace and education. Revit training can be provided for the right candidate.
There are strong career progression opportunities within this expanding practice.
To work as an Intermediate Architectural Technician you must:
* Be qualified at minimum to HND/ HNC level within a construction based subject
* Have UK based experience working as an Architectural Technician
* Ideally you will have strong working knowledge of both AutoCad (Revit would be beneficial)
* You will have sound knowledge of UK building regulations/ producing and submitting planning applications
* Ideally you will have experience of NBS Specification writing
Working as an Intermediate Architectural Technician you will be:
* Helping to run projects alongside the senior/ associate members of staff on a variety of interesting projects
* Liaising with clients under guidance of team leaders
* Helping play a key role in the development of design proposals from RIBA stage 4 onwards and involvement in project development across all work stages
