We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, reputable and growing Insurance company. This is a firm with strong market presence and a wide network of branches and insurance risks/classes specialisms throughout the UK.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler and will consider applicants with previous commercial or personal lines insurance experience.
You will need to demonstrate a genuine desire to study towards Insurance industry qualifications (Cert CII), continue learning and advance insurance knowledge.
The successful candidates will be given industry leading training and development, plus the opportunity to influence their earnings with additional performance related bonuses.
You must be a confident and target driven relationship developer with strong insurance knowledge and experience.
Quality service is paramount, so applicants must have excellent listening skills and be able to provide effective and efficient support to commercial executives and team members within the Commercial team.
You must also be able to understand and deliver best advice and solutions to individual client needs to maintain the excellent reputation of the business.
Key Skills:
*Team player with "can do" attitude
*Previous insurance experience and proven relationship/rapport builder
*Good insurance technical knowledge (Cert CII an advantage).
*An eye for detail with strong customer service skills.
*Organised with excellent time management abilities
*Enthusiastic and target driven
