Cwm Aur is a purpose built extra care complex of one and two bedroom apartments for people aged 55 and over. Flexible care and support packages are also available at Cwm Aur, offering an alternative to residential care.

Working as part of our Carers team of Personal Assistants team you will be genuinely making a difference to the lives of people who use our services. You will be supporting people to lead full, independent and happy lives, in the safe and comfortable environment of their own homes.

Our service users rely on our support for many reasons and our client group includes individuals who need help and support with every days tasks.

For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.

How can I make a difference?

As a Personal Assistant you will be involved in day-to-day support including;

* Providing personal care
* Supporting people to live every day lives
* Support, prompting and administering medication
* Meal preparation
* Social activities
* Shopping and domestic duties such as laundry and general housekeeping tasks
* Undertake relevant training for the role
